When you contact us via our website contact form, we collect:

  • Your full name
  • Your email address
  • Your company name (if provided)
  • The content of your message
  • The area of interest you select (if provided)

We do not use cookies for tracking or analytics purposes on this website, and we do not collect any data through automated means beyond standard web server logs.

3. How We Use Your Personal Data

We use the personal data you provide solely to:

  • Respond to your enquiry
  • Assess whether and how we may be able to assist your business
  • Communicate with you in connection with a potential or existing consultancy engagement

We will not use your data for unsolicited marketing, nor will we sell or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, which you provide by ticking the consent checkbox on our contact form. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at info@silverjump.co.uk. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

Where we are engaged in an ongoing consultancy relationship, we may also process relevant personal data on the basis of legitimate interests or contractual necessity.

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain personal data submitted via our contact form for up to 24 months from the date of receipt, unless a longer retention period is required by law or by the nature of any subsequent engagement.

If no engagement results from your enquiry, your data will be securely deleted at the end of this period. You may request deletion at any time (see Your Rights below).

6. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share your data with:

  • Netlify, Inc. — our website hosting and form processing provider, who receives form submissions on our behalf. Netlify processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy and is subject to appropriate data transfer safeguards.
  • Professional advisers (legal, accountancy) where required by law or in connection with an engagement.

7. International Transfers

Netlify may process data outside the UK or EEA. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with UK GDPR requirements, including Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

8. Your Rights

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access — to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification — to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to erasure — to request deletion of your personal data in certain circumstances.
  • Right to restriction of processing — to request that we limit how we use your data.
  • Right to data portability — to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
  • Right to object — to object to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Right to withdraw consent — at any time, where processing is based on consent.
